1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "games99," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of games99.club and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the games99 website at games99.club, including all games, features, and services accessible thereon.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the games99 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the games99 Platform.
• "Real Money Games" refers to any game on the Platform played with funds deposited into a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by games99.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations applicable to games99 under Philippine law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the games99 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and games99. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.

games99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the games99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of games99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the games99 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

games99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the games99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your games99 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address.
• Keep your registration information current and promptly update it if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify games99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified games99 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

games99 may require Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

games99 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (issued by Philippine banks)

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the games99 Finance / Wallet section. games99 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• games99 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary due to payment provider delays or additional verification requirements.
• games99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML checks, fraud investigations, or KYC completion.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met.

games99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or technical issues outside of games99's direct control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

games99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or game-type restrictions.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• games99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately within the games99 wallet. Real money funds are used first unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the games99 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the individual game information panels.

By participating in any game on the games99 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by games99 or any third party.
• The result of any completed game round is final and cannot be reversed, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, games99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account.
• games99 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. games99 does not control live dealer game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the games99 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the games99 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the games99 Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to games99 immediately.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your games99 Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward games99 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the games99 Platform or its underlying software.

9 Responsible Gaming

games99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all games99 Players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the games99 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the games99 Platform — including but not limited to the games99 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of games99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the games99 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any games99 content without prior written consent.
• Use the games99 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on games99 content or software.
• Use any games99 content for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, games99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the games99 Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if games99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond games99's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or third-party service failures).
• Any decisions made by a Player based on information provided on the games99 Platform, including game statistics, promotional content, or educational materials.

games99's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their games99 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

games99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how games99 handles your personal data are set out in the games99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering an Account on games99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

13 Amendments to These Terms

games99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, games99 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the games99 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact games99 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. games99 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
